Because every book is personalized to your family, we do not accept returns. However, if your book arrives damaged or there is a printing error, we will replace it at no charge. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
Due to the instant-download nature of digital products, all sales are final. If you have a technical issue accessing your PDF, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
